Problem
Naia needed one operational platform connecting warehouse stock, production departments, branches, point of sale, and online orders while preserving fashion product variants.
My Role
Responsible for requirements analysis, backend architecture, database design, integrations, deployment, and ongoing production support.
Architecture
Built an integrated PHP and MySQL application covering e-stock, POS, e-commerce, payments, shipping, and management reporting.
Key Features
- Stock synchronization across warehouse, POS, departments, branches, and online sales.
- FIFO inventory flows and product variants by size and color.
- HPP calculations for materials, sewing, beading, labor, and operational costs.
- Checkout, QRIS, bank transfer, virtual accounts, shipping rates, and order tracking.
- Sales, margin, and profit/loss reporting.
Technical Challenge
Maintaining consistent stock and cost calculations while the same products move through production, distribution, retail, and e-commerce workflows.
Outcome
A single maintainable platform now supports stock, sales, fulfillment, and financial visibility across the operation.
